First, as always we should consider the positive points. I was very glad to find an oval, 52 x 70 NON vinyl tablecloth for my new dining table. If I knew that would be such a difficult task I would have never purchased an oval table, in such way that I’m thankful for the company that thinks about us too. Also, I love the fact that they only send their product packed in a thin plastic wrap. If the product doesn’t need the extra protection, there’s no need to fill the environment with unnecessary trash. That said, I have been unable to get the tablecloth to look even all around the table. As this tablecloth was the exact size I needed (52 x 70, and my table is 42 x 60) I was expecting a precise 5 inches fall all around. But it isn’t happening, no matter what I do. Is that a common problem in oval tables? If it is, then I’ll edit my review, as I don’t like the idea of leaving an unfair comment. I have nothing else to compare to right now, but I’ll write an update when I figure this out.If this were for a dining room table, it is too thin. For the price, it’s ok, especially for a kitchen table. But it is not luxurious.It cost me 1/2 the price of the item to return it. It's hard to tell color from an online patch. The tablecloth fabric was fine, but the color clashed with my dishes. I assumed the item could be returned to Amazon or exchanged for a different color at no cost. My assumption was wrong. I had to pay $10.35 postage to return an item that cost $19.95. I will read the return policy before placing future orders.The Ultimate Textile table cloth is very nice and the size I picked is perfect for my kitchen table. I like the color, texture, size and it is wrinkle free and easy to wash and dry.$12 shipping for a simple piece of cloth - almost doubles the cost for the itemI thought this was supposed to be stain resistant, but it stained the first time I used it. Oh, well. The fit is decent, and the color goes well with the dishes it was meant to accent. It is a bit slippery, but that is to be expected from a synthetic fabric. It does require some ironing.Ordered the white, 52"x 70" oval for my Thanksgiving dinner. As one would expect, there were several spills on the cloth, but all stains came out in the wash. My only complaint is that some areas (not all) of the hem have curled up and do not lie flat, but I can live with that for the price I paid. I will probably order again in other colors.The first one I bought had a stain on it. So I returned it and order a new one. The second one has a large crease in it. We are trying to get rid of the crease. Last attempt will include ironing it.Update:After ironing it, the deep crease came out.
